How to send fax from Fax.Plus to FaxExtension?
Faxing directly to recipient’s fax number extension
To send fax from Fax.Plus to FaxExtension you can do this by following these steps:
- Go to the Send Fax section of Fax.Plus.
- In the To field enter the FaxExtension main fax number, followed by a * and then the extension you wish to dial. Each * represents one second delay, and you can enter up to 10 stars. For example: +18087363329****1234 (this dials +18087363329, waits 4 seconds, and then dials 1234).
- Add your documents to fax either by clicking on Add File, and/or by adding some text by clicking on Add Text
- Order your files depending on the priority you want to give them. First file displayed on the list will be displayed at the top of the fax.
- Click the Send button and wait for the confirmation email.

A reliable and easy way to fax a recipient at FaxExtension is to use a cover page with a QR code (machine-readable recipient information). This can quickly be done by following these steps:
- Create the cover page using 808sendfax.com online tool and enter the recipient’s extension number.
- Download the cover page.
- Open Fax.Plus and go to the Send Fax section.
- In the To field enter the FaxExtension main fax number +1 808-SEND-FAX (+1 808-736-3329).
- Add your documents to fax either by clicking on Add File, while ensuring that the FaxExtension cover page you created in the previous steps is the first page of your fax.
- Order your files depending on the priority you want to give them. Ensure that the cover page you created in the previous steps is the first page of your fax.
- Click the Send button and wait for the confirmation email.
This method only works for FaxExtension recipients with the main fax number +1 808-SEND-FAX (+1 808-736-3329). It may not work with other fax providers.
